I been receiving a tex Message from this phone need to know who owns this number or from where is.

People have been calling me constantly leaving harrasing messages and have even called my work telling them there are serious legal actions against me unless i called back. I answered today and I told them it was illegal to harrass me with a lawsuit. he got angry and asked if i was going to pay the debt or not and I just told him he can not call again. This is getting frustrating, I want to go after these people, especially because they keep leaving my social security number on the message which is also illegal!

My sister got a call from this number this morning from a Dr. Drake saying that he was my doctor and that I had a medical emergency and for her to call him back. When she called back they told her that they were looking for me because I owed them money and that they didn't know what she was talking about in concerns to a doctor. I called them myself and they wanted my SSN to look up my information (which I wouldn't give), they tried looking it up with my name and when they couldn't find anything said "Well we couldn't find you in our system so it must be your lucky day!"

This caller also stated a 5000 dollar refund from the U.S. I did not give him my information. When I called back he stated that he already has what he needs. This sounds like a hoax.

Would not leave me alone. calls twice, three times a day

They call our Verizon cell phones and hang up on the second ring, sometimes after the first. I don't understand why anyone would call just to hang up. If anyone knows how to make them stop calling please post.
